Shipping Policy


Thank you for citing and shopping at Made By Me. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.


Shipping locations

Currently we only ship domestically in mainland India for orders placed in India.

We will be begin shipping in Singapore once we launch in Oct/Nov 2018. 


Shipment processing time

All subscription orders for the month are processed between 5-14th of the month and shipped between 15th-20th of the month. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Holidays.

Occasionally, we may ship it earlier to cater for special days/ events in the month. 

All previous box orders are also processed along with the current month subscription box orders. 


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. For certain remote locations, it may take additional days for the orders to arrive.


Delivery attempts

The shipment carrier will make 2-3 attempts to deliver the package, failing which the order will be returned back to us. Such cases will not be eligible for refund and additional costs will have to be incurred by the customer for re-shipping. For certain remote locations, customers may have to collect the orders from the carrier's office.


Loss or damage of goods

We do not guarantee any loss or damage of goods by the shipment carriers. In case any items have been damaged in transit, write to us at and we will do our best to replace them under reasonable time frame. 



All Made By Me boxes are non-returnable. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, write to us at and we will do our best to reach a mutual agreement.
